Questions before you order

If you are comparing activewear or workout accessories, tell us the product name and the detail you would like clarified. Questions about sizing, materials, care instructions, included pieces, or product specifications are welcome. Check the product description and any size guide first, then let us know what information you still need. Include the color or size you are considering when it is relevant.

Help with an existing order

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the item your question concerns. For delivery questions, review your shipping confirmation and tracking details before sending your message. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, describe the issue and keep the packaging and any photos available for follow-up. Please do not include payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.
